Antelope Valley Home Market Update | June 2021

The Antelope Valley home prices continue to skyrocket, while inventory remains low. Record-breaking average selling price of homes this month was $461,416.47 (up 33.43% from last year)! The number of homes that sold in the month was 529 (up 22.2%). Average days on market for a home is down 58.7% from last year at 16.4 days, with an overall 0.97 months worth of inventory available in the area - which makes it a seller's market! On average, homes are being sold for 103.9% of their original asking price!
